Job offer - Cleaning operative (8h/week)
Job description: The employee ensures the cleaning of the premises and, if necessary, exterior spaces (offices, common areas, corridors, external entrances, pavements, etc.) as well as the processing of waste in order to contribute to a clean and pleasant working environment for staff and visitors.
Examples of tasks:
- Clean and dust the offices, meeting rooms, various premises, corridors, bathrooms, furniture and equipment always using the correct products.
- Clean the pavements and/ outdoor entrances
- If necessary, inform yourself about the correct cleaning products before using them
- Stock up the bathrooms everyday with hygiene supplies (WC paper, soap, etc.)
- Tidy away the equipment used
- Prepare bin bags
- Empty the premises' waste bins
Requirements:
- Be administratively permitted to perform paid work in Jerusalem.
- Good oral knowledge of English.
- Being pro-active and able to work independently.
- Team spirit, discretion and loyalty.
Will be considered as an asset during the selection procedure:
- Relevant work experience.
- Additional linguistic knowledge.
Contract: employment contract in accordance with local legislation for a duration of one year (potentially renewable)
Working hours: 8 hours/week (repartition to be discussed)
Estimated start date: 19 January 2026.
